The purpose of Waking Watch officers are to provide a fire safety measure that involves 24/7 surveillance of a building by fully trained and qualified Fire Marshals.
Our Waking Watch officers are in place to raise the Alarm should a fire be detected within the business and start the evacuation process as per the Fire Risk Assessment.
Our Fire Marshals are equipped with Emergency Evacuation kits
Thwe kits compose of Whistle, Loud Howler, Torch, Air Horn & Glow Sticks (used to show a safe passage of exit).
Our services are then supported by our patrol system that ensures that our Waking Watch officers scan each tag as they patrol the building feeding that back into the our 24/7 manned control room.
